Return Policy

  1. Can I return my product?

If you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt for most items in new condition (as long as they have not been used and they keep their labels, original packaging and purchase ticket). However, as a small business, we do require the customer to cover the returning postage if the order is shipped free.

  1. How do I return?

- Get in touch with our customer service representative by sending us a ticket in your account. Indicate which item(s) you would like to return and the reason for your return.

- Place the item(s) in the original packing and seal the parcel securely.

- Drop off your package at the local post office.

- Once we receive your package, we will promptly process with a gift card with the same amount of money as your order, and will have a validation of 12 months from its issue. These cards will only be valid for all available collections of Vëske Collection. No refunds of money are given.

  1. Return Conditions

Once you receive the return instructions, you will have 3 working days to send us your package. No changes will be admitted in packages received in more time than described.

If the condition of the product sent back to us is not in acceptable condition, we reserve the right not to return or exchange it. Products that have been customized cannot be refunded or exchanged.

- We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.

- We do not accept returned items that for sale.
